Components & Prefabrication

The HEAVY FABRICATION division's task is that of supplying the customers with parts and components produced from heavy plate which they need to complete their projects but cannot produce themselves. The division also provides internal support for DILLINGER HÜTTE's development activities.

This plate processing unit operates in a manner similar to that of an independent medium-sized company.

The division also has its own foundry specializing in the production of heavy steel castings.

In addition to the typical products included in the HEAVY FABRICATION division's standard range, products made in conformity to customers' individual specifications can also be supplied by agreement.
