Dillinger Hütte is the group's operational management company. Dillingen an der Saar, Germany, is at the same time the location for the affiliated Zentralkokerei Saar (ZKS) and Roheisengesellschaft Saar mbH (ROGESA) companies, supplying coke and liquid iron ("hot metal"), respectively. Heavy plate is also produced at the Dunkirk rolling-mill operated by GTS Industries, which has been a group member since 1992. The joint Dillinger Hütte GTS trade name has become a byword for the very highest quality and reliability on all world markets. Europipe, the world's leading supplier of large-caliber linepipe for transmission of oil and natural gas, and located in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, was founded in 1991 as a 50% subsidiary of Dillinger Hütte, and now has production facilities in Germany, France, the USA and Brazil.
The group also includes a whole series of companies providing all services orientated around heavy plate, extending from stockholders offering a comprehensive range of grades and formats, via firms specializing in precision thermal-cutting, up to and including marketing and haulage enterprises.
