Dillinger heavy plate for the Address Sky View Towers in Dubai
The buildings built in the Emirate of Dubai are taking on dimensions that are exceeding the imaginations of many Europeans. The last one on the list: The Address Sky View skyscraper complex, inaugurated at the end of 2019.
Architecturally impressive
The 260-metre high mixed-used building complex (hotel and residences) consists of two imposing glass towers linked together by a vertiginous ship-shaped bridge. This 220-metre high “sky bridge” extends over three floors and offers as panoramic deck a 360-degree view of Dubai's city centre. In addition to an observation platform, it also houses a huge 70-metre long infinity pool with view to the city, as well as a restaurant and a bar.
For this real eye-catcher, Dillinger supplied 700 tons of heavy plate in the qualities S460ML and S460NL in thicknesses between 30 and 150 mm.
